Friday, December 12th — 5:30-6:15 PM
A 45-minute grounding Yin class offered in a warm room (around 80°) and lit by candlelight. This practice consists of long, passive floor poses to help release tension and calm the nervous system. Expect a cozy, soothing atmosphere and deep stretching. After class, enjoy a cup of tea from our tea area — or head downstairs to Khom Loi for a delicious post-class dinner. Some yoga experience preferred but not required.
Warm Candlelit Yin
Friday, December 26th — 5:30–6:30 PM
A slow, nurturing restorative class to help you decompress and reset after the holiday rush. You’ll settle into long, fully supported poses using bolsters, blocks, and blankets while the nervous system softens and resets. Expect candlelight, peace, and deep relaxation. A perfect pause between Christmas and the new year. Beginners welcome!
Holiday Reset Restorative
Sundays 10:15–11:15 AM
Start your morning with grounding and calm. Set in soft morning light, this practice offers long, passive floor poses held for 2–5 minutes to gently stretch deep connective tissues like fascia, improving flexibility, circulation, and joint health. Some yoga experience preferred, but not required.

Join Sierra Wagner Thursday mornings for mindful movement, breath, and relaxation to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect. All ages, body types, and experience levels are welcome — no prior yoga experience necessary.
