Come decompress and attend to your mind, body and spirit in an intimate small group setting. Each session is shaped by the needs of those present—sometimes moving at a slower, gentle pace, other times offering dynamic, flowing sequences to build strength and vitality. Guided breathwork, relaxation, and heart-centered movement help ease stress and cultivate calm, leaving you refreshed and renewed. People of all ages, body types, and experience levels are welcome—no prior yoga experience necessary.
