with KayaA steady, breath-led vinyasa inspired flow class focused on building strength and mobility through mindful movement. Great for those with some familiarity with yoga.

Strong Flow
Tuesdays 6-7 PM
with MegA dynamic, heat-building vinyasa practice that builds strength from the inside out. Expect a steady flow of movement and opportunities to challenge yourself in a supportive way. This class is designed to help you feel powerful, grounded, and energized. Leave class feeling strong and accomplished. Yoga experience suggested but not required.

Yin & Sound
Wednesdays 5:30–6:30 PM
with KayaA grounding practice of passive floor poses, each held for 2–5 minutes, using gravity and time to target the deep layers of connective tissue in the body. Yin supports flexibility, circulation, and joint health, while offering space to slow down, breathe, and tune inward. The practice ends with a short sound bath in savasana — a soothing blend of crystal bowls and gentle tones. Some yoga experience preferred, but not required.

Candlelit Restorative
Thursdays 7-8 PM
with KayaEase into your evening with a candlelit restorative practice designed to support deep rest and relaxation. As the class unfolds, the space gradually shifts into candlelight, inviting your body and mind to soften with the setting sun. Expect long-held, fully supported, floor-based poses each held for 5-10 minutes each. This class is an opportunity to slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system. All levels welcome. No prior experience needed.

with KayaStart your morning with grounding and calm. Set in soft morning light, this practice offers long, passive floor poses held for 2–5 minutes to gently stretch deep connective tissues like fascia, improving flexibility, circulation, and joint health. Mat Pilates
Tuesdays 8–8:45 AM
with KristelStrengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body in this dynamic, all-levels Mat Pilates class. This class uses controlled, precise movements to improve posture, flexibility, and overall stability. Whether you are looking to build a strong mind-body connection from the ground up or deepen an existing practice, you will learn how to properly engage your deep stabilizing muscles through foundational exercises. We will occasionally integrate props like resistance bands and mini Pilates balls to add variety, assist with alignment, or amplify the challenge. Modifications and progressions are thoughtfully offered throughout, ensuring a safe, supportive, and rejuvenating workout for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
