🔥Warm Flow + Groove 🎶
Friday June 5th 7-8 PM
An uplifting, moderately challenging vinyasa flow in a warm room set to a curated playlist of soulful beats, R&B, hip hop, indie, electronic, and other rhythm-forward sounds.
This music-driven practice is designed to help you move intuitively, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body.
Expect simple cueing, a welcoming atmosphere, and a little less rigidity than traditional yoga spaces. Come ready to flow, sweat, and enjoy the rhythm.
R & B Restorative Yoga 🎶
Friday June 12th 7-8pm
Basically conscious nap time in different supported shapes. This chill restorative yoga class features fully prop-supported shapes held for 5–10 minutes each, giving your body time to soften, release tension, and rest. Expect minimal talking from your instructor—just enough cueing to get you set up in each shape, then plenty of time to rest and enjoy the music. The playlist blends R&B instrumentals with soulful lyrical tracks, creating a laid-back, cozy atmosphere that's a little different from a traditional restorative class. Come as you are, get comfortable, and let yourself slow down.
Parking 🚗
Friday evenings are a popular time in our building, so please arrive a little early to find parking and settle in before class.
Check our parking lot first, and if it's full, additional street parking is often available on Healdsburg Ave, Pitt Ave, Murphy Ave, and Marys Ln, all within a short walk of the studio.
Bring a friend and make a night of it—grab dinner downstairs at Khom Loi after class!
Our Community in Mind
We believe yoga should be accessible, welcoming, and available to more people. That's why we're experimenting with free and donation-based offerings throughout June. Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or practicing regularly, we hope these classes make it a little easier to step onto your mat and be part of our community.
We're excited to continue growing our schedule, adding new offerings, and welcoming amazing teachers to the Two Waves lineup. Thank you for being part of this little community we're building. We can't wait to practice with you. You are welcome here.
