Yin & Sound

Wednesdays 5:30–6:30 PM
with Kaya

A grounding practice of passive floor poses, each held for 2–5 minutes, using gravity and time to target the deep layers of connective tissue in the body. Yin supports flexibility, circulation, and joint health, while offering space to slow down, breathe, and tune inward. The practice ends with a short sound bath in savasana — a soothing blend of crystal bowls and gentle tones. Some yoga experience preferred, but not required.

Hatha: All Levels

Thursdays 10:15-11:15 AM
with Sierra

Come decompress and attend to your mind, body and spirit in an intimate small group setting. With smaller classes, each session is uniquely shaped by the needs of those present—sometimes moving at a slower, more gentle pace, other times offering dynamic, flowing sequences to build strength and vitality. Guided breathwork, relaxation practices, and heart-centered movement help ease stress and cultivate a lasting sense of calm, leaving you both refreshed and renewed.

Every class is adapted to suit individual students’ abilities and needs. People of all ages, body types, and experience levels are welcome—no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Morning Yin

Sundays 10:15-11:15 AM
with Kaya

Start your morning with grounding and calm. Set in soft morning light, this practice offers long, passive floor poses held for 2–5 minutes to gently stretch deep connective tissues like fascia, improving flexibility, circulation, and joint health. Some yoga experience preferred, but not required.

Restorative & Sound

Sundays 5:30-6:30 PM
with Kaya

A deeply relaxing class using props to support the body in gentle floor shapes, held for 5–10 minutes each. Restorative yoga soothes the nervous system, encourages conscious rest, and helps reset stress patterns in the body. Class closes with a short sound bath in savasana to help you settle fully into calm. Beginners welcome; no prior yoga experience needed.
