Meg

200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher

Meg is a certified vinyasa yoga instructor who presents a personalized approach in classes, emphasizing the way you feel in your own body over aesthetics or dogmatic rules. In her classes you can expect continued focus on breath, laid-back vibes, and encouragement to kindle your unique yoga practice with steady presence and a growing knowledge base over time. 

Kaya

Kaya has had a lifelong connection to movement—from yoga and dance to running and strength training. She began practicing yoga at age 11, and it has remained a steady thread in her life, offering calm, clarity, and perspective. In addition to Two Waves, Kaya works as a personal trainer specializing in slow-movement, high-intensity strength training. She is also a visual artist, and her creative background shapes her approach to space, presence, and connection. Her intention—across all her work—is to help people feel more at home and at peace in both body and mind through thoughtful, supportive movement and experiences.
