Kristin
Yoga TeacherKristin is a Sebastopol native who now resides in Westside Santa Rosa with her 10 year old son. Yoga was gifted to her through the loving recommendations of friends in good faith that it would help her heal a shoulder injury, and because they had a feeling she'd like it. They were absolutely correct, but Kristin didn't just like yoga she fell in love with it! After practicing at the Devi Yoga center of Sebastopol for several years, in 2016 she decided to learn more by completing a 200 hr. teacher training program. From there, over the past decade she has developed a devotional personal practice side by side actively teaching around Sonoma County. She teaches in vinyasa and restorative styles with her main goal as an instructor being to help make yoga feel accessible to anyone and everyone. She hopes to inspire authenticity within her students along with a feeling of being seen and supported.
Kristel
Yoga + Pilates TeacherKristel’s journey began in 2005 when a yoga and pilates class sparked a lifelong love of movement. Born and raised in the Philippines, Kristel moved to Sonoma County in 2018, embracing motherhood, community, and a renewed call back to the mat. Her classes welcome all levels with grace, strength, and flexibility. She teaches with warmth, clarity, and a genuine desire to help each student feel at home in their body, wherever they are in their journey.
Claire
Claire's path has been shaped by both movement and mental health. Currently on track to becoming a licensed therapist, she brings a thoughtful, relational lens to her teaching. With training in vinyasa and hatha yoga, she's especially inspired by movement that feels fluid, intuitive, and in conversation with the body's inner rhythm. She loves integrating music into her classes and creating spaces that feel warm, inclusive, and playful. Outside the studio, you'll find her hiking, surfing, camping, crafting, and fostering a sense of community wherever she goes.
