Sierra Wagner
E-RYT 200, CMT
Sierra Wagner is an integrative lifestyle medicine educator whose teaching is rooted in more than two decades of experience and a lifelong dedication to the healing arts. Drawing from 29 years of study and 24 years of guiding students, Sierra artfully tailors her approach to honor the unique abilities and needs of each individual. Her classes encompass a wide spectrum, from deeply restorative and meditative practices to invigorating, mindful flows, reflecting her appreciation for styles such as Hatha, Restorative and Therapeutics. A hallmark of Sierra’s teaching is her seamless integration of spiritual themes, thoughtful sequencing that builds toward a peak pose, and a deep, accessible exploration of anatomy.
Sierra teaches All-Level Hatha, Thursdays 10:15–11:15 AM.
Movement has always been a central part of Kaya’s life—from yoga and dance to running and strength training. These practices help her feel grounded, present, and deeply connected to herself.
Kaya took her first yoga class at age 11, an experience that sparked a lifelong relationship with the practice. Over the years, yoga has been a steady thread in her life, offering calm, clarity, and perspective through both stillness and challenge.
Outside of Two Waves, Kaya works as a personal trainer specializing in slow-movement, high-intensity strength training. She is also a visual artist and has led several community-based creative projects, which shape her unique approach to space, presence, and connection.
Her intention—across all her work—is to help people feel more at home and at peace in both body and mind through thoughtful, supportive movement and experiences.
Kaya teaches Yin Yoga on Wednesdays from 6:30–7:30 PM and Restorative Yoga on Sundays from 5:30–6:30 PM.
